The ESD NEON XXL is specially designed for strong employees weighing up to 180 kg. The aim is to ensure that employees receive the ergonomic support they need. Thanks to its overall ESD discharge across all components in line with DIN EN 63140-5-1, the ESD NEON XXL guarantees maximum safety in ESD workplaces.

In addition to the basic mechanism, all NEON XXL models feature the ergonomic package. This includes:

Seat depth adjustment to adapt the seat to the thigh length

Backrest height adjustmen to optimally support the lumbar spine

Fully adjustable seat height for low workstations.

Castors

Castors are particularly suited for workstations that require flexibility and movement. The models are equipped with soft, load-dependent braked safety double castors for hard floors (e.g. concrete, tiles, etc.) as standard.

Glides

Glides are particularly suited for workstations where a chair needs to offer firm support without sliding away, e.g. for activities that require a lot of strength. The glides are made of robust, abrasion-resistant plastic.

Integral foam ESD

ESD integral foam (PU) is particularly suitable for environments in which aggressive working materials like oils, greases, light acids and alkalis, or moisture occur. This type of upholstery, often called PU or polyurethane foam, is also particularly resistant, robust and durable.

Duotec ESD fabric

Duotec ESD is particularly well-suited to clean ESD environments. The upholstery is breathable and can absorb and release moisture. The ultra-soft surface ensures maximum seating comfort, even when sitting for long periods. Duotec ESD is extremely sturdy and can be cleaned with standard upholstery cleaning agents.

Supertec ESD

Supertec is a particularly innovative cover material. It is made from extremely hard-wearing, cut-resistant, non-slip micro-plating, as well as a soft backing material for optimal comfort. The breathable materials ensure a pleasant sitting experience even on hot days. Supertec is an easy-care material that is resistant to cleaning agents.

Synthetic leather Magic

The PVC-free artificial leather is particularly quick and easy to clean. It is hard-wearing, easy to wash down, and resistant to oils and all commercially available disinfectants. The material is particularly soft and comfortable.

Synchronous mechanism

The synchronous mechanism with weight adjustment ensures that when a user leans back, a combination of seat and backrest movements take place which support the lumbar spine in all positions. This mechanism facilitates active dynamic sitting, which in turn promotes a healthy posture. The backrest counterpressure can be continuously adjusted between 80 and 180 kg, and the backrest can be locked in any position.

2D armrest

The armrests can be adjusted in height (110 mm) and width (20 mm).
